La Canada Girl Scouts will be hosting the 23rd Annual Glenola Tree Lighting ceremony scheduled on Thursday, December 6, 2018.  The event will begin at 6:15pm and end at 7:30pm.  The event will feature various Girl Scout troops singing holiday carols emceed by the La Canada City Mayor and leading up to the illumination of the Glenola Christmas Tree.  We are inviting other members of the City Council, local businesses, the Kiwanis Club, Friends of Glenola Park, and the Fire and the Sheriff Stations to join us in starting the holiday season.  I hope you include this in your weekly emails to the families in December.
