Walk to School Day!

Dear PCR Families.

This coming Wednesday, October 10th is International Walk or Bike to School Day.  This event is celebrated globally with over 40 countries participating on the same day.  Palm Crest will participate in this event during the first morning drop off only between 7:30 am - 8:30 am, October 10th.  Since we are limited in the number of bike racks we have at PCR and the amount of supervision we can provide, we are encouraging walking.  

Parent volunteers and PCR Administration and staff will be lined up along Fairmount and Palm Drive between these times to ensure the safety of our students.  You will recognize our volunteers and staff members as they will be wearing orange vests.  If you are not able to have your children walk to school, please remember to adhere to all traffic signs and cell phone laws.
