PCR Founder's Day Nominations Form

 

 

 

 

Guidelines:

  • Acts must be no longer than 3 minutes in length
  • One act per student
  • Friends and family are invited to perform with PCR students.
  • Acts must be family friendly
  • Acts must be previewed by Variety Show Committee 12/13 (3–5 pm in the MPR) or via video by 12/13.
  • Entries will be accepted on a first come, first served basis. Once we have around 22 acts confirmed, we will start a waitlist.
